The home plans to be built by the buyer would need to meet the following
design ratios which were giving to the city when the final development
plan was amended last year.
The ratios per original plans are as follows:
▪ The Model M (Two-story Mapleleaf) plan shows 8.59% masonry and 6.41%
glass.
▪ The Model T (Two-story Tall Oak) plan shows 1.12% masonry and 8.54%
glass.
▪ The Model R (Ranch-Redwood) plan shows 2.61% masonry and 7.41% glass.
▪ The Model S (Split level) plan shows 4.5% masonry and 7.91% glass.
(this model was not built nor detailed beyond the
elevations)
▪ The average for all four homes is 4.21% masonry and 7.56% glass.
▪ The elevations are on our web site -
www.stonetreehomes.com, for your review.
▪ The builder does not have to build our 3 plans. They are available if
wanted.
These percentages allowed would not be decreased in any case. The city,
in the plan review process for building permitting, would be able to
check on compliance with the ratios at every new home permit
application.
